In 1990 I dedicated myself to learning as much as I could about exercise and
nutrition. Having been overweight most of my life, I came to the decision it
was time to make a lifestyle change. Once I made a complete physical
transformation, my friends and family began coming to me for advice. I became
certified as a personal trainer in 1994. Over the past eighteen years, I have
familiarized myself with many different training techniques. There is not a “one size fits all”
approach to exercise. Everyone has different goals, abilities and body types.
